Qu'est-ce qu'un portefeuille ?<\/h2>\n

Un portefeuille de projets est un aper\u00e7u complet de tous les projets sur lesquels une entreprise ou une organisation travaille. Il comprend g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des informations telles que les objectifs, la port\u00e9e, le budget et le calendrier de chaque projet. De cette fa\u00e7on, une organisation peut avoir une vue d'ensemble des projets en cours et de l'importance des efforts qui leur ont \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9s. En outre, ce type d'aper\u00e7u permet \u00e0 l'\u00e9quipe de direction de savoir quels sont les projets les plus importants et qui doivent \u00eatre class\u00e9s par ordre de priorit\u00e9. Des outils de gestion de portefeuille de projets (PPM) sont disponibles pour aider les organisations \u00e0 g\u00e9rer plus efficacement leurs portefeuilles de projets. Ces outils donnent un aper\u00e7u de l'utilisation des ressources, des co\u00fbts des projets, des d\u00e9lais et d'autres facteurs li\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite des projets. La gestion de portefeuille de projets aide \u00e9galement les parties prenantes \u00e0 prendre de meilleures d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n

Cr\u00e9er un nouveau portefeuille<\/h2>\n

Pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la gestion du portefeuille, allez dans le menu \"Portefeuille\" et cliquez sur \"nouveau portefeuille\".<\/p>\n

Saisissez le nom du portefeuille et sauvegardez-le.<\/p>\n

Dans l'onglet \"Membres\", vous pouvez partager ce portefeuille avec d'autres personnes.<\/p>\n

Dans l'onglet \"Projets\", vous pourrez s\u00e9lectionner les projets qui s'int\u00e9greront dans le portefeuille.<\/p>\n

En utilisant la case \u00e0 cocher \"Dynamique\", vous avez la possibilit\u00e9 de choisir un portefeuille de projets statique ou dynamique.<\/p>\n

Portefeuille dynamique<\/span><\/h3>\n

Pour les portefeuilles de projets dynamiques, vous d\u00e9finirez des filtres qui vous permettront de d\u00e9finir la port\u00e9e du portefeuille de projets. Tous les nouveaux projets r\u00e9pondant aux crit\u00e8res du filtre seront automatiquement ajout\u00e9s au portefeuille sans avoir \u00e0 les ajouter manuellement.<\/p>\n

Portefeuille statique<\/span><\/h3>\n

Dans le cadre d'un portefeuille statique, c'est un peu diff\u00e9rent, il faudra indiquer explicitement les projets qui doivent \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans le portefeuille. Tout nouveau projet cr\u00e9\u00e9 que vous souhaitez ajouter au portefeuille de projets devra \u00eatre ajout\u00e9 manuellement.<\/p>\n

Votre portefeuille est pr\u00eat<\/h2>\n

\"Sauvegarder\" votre portefeuille, il est maintenant pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9. Vous pouvez aller sur les diff\u00e9rentes vues.
