Sync FoxPlan with your calendar

Project work never fits in a single tool: meetings, deadlines and personal commitments end up in the corporate calendar, while the plan stays in the portfolio management tool. Having to check both is exactly how a commitment gets missed.

FoxPlan now publishes a read-only calendar (iCalendar / .ics) at an address of your own. Paste it into Google Calendar, Outlook / Microsoft 365 or Apple Calendar, and your assigned tasks, the ones you are in charge of and your Kanban cards show up among the rest of your week.

The subscription is set up from your user profile, Calendar tab, and you decide what goes into it. Your calendar then refreshes on its own: nothing to export by hand, and FoxPlan stays the single source of truth.
