Your plans and dashboards in PowerPoint

Getting ready for a steering committee often means an hour spent copying a Gantt chart into PowerPoint, redrawing bars and lining up milestones. FoxPlan removes that hour: four new exports produce a PowerPoint presentation ready to show.

The portfolio roadmap gives one row per project with its dates, progress, milestones and deadlines. The project plan is exported as expanded on screen, with phases, tasks and dependencies. The workload shows one row per resource — planned / capacity or a percentage, overloads in red — and the dashboard turns its charts into real PowerPoint charts.

These are not screenshots: every shape is native, so you can move a milestone, recolour a bar or rework a chart directly in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides. And the export follows your screen — same filters, same levels, same display mode.
