A new visual tool to track activities in projects
Timesheet is an important management component of project management in business. It is an effective method to record and track the progress of tasks on projects. It can sometimes be used to justify the time spent on CII (innovation tax credit) or CIR (research tax credit) activities. The time collected can also be used at the end of the month to issue service invoices based on time spent. The timesheet is then used to generate an activity report.
Entering time has long been numbers in a grid… that was before…
A new visual timesheet has been integrated into FoxPlan, the entry can now be done directly in a calendar by dragging and dropping. The employee fills his day and sees his progress visually. Filling out your timesheet has never been easier. Bubbles allow for each activity day by day to describe the activity carried out over the period concerned.
The timesheet is not only intended to note the achieved but it allows to measure the differences between the achieved and the planned. It is therefore an essential tool for optimizing projects as they progress.
